Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) - Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized pelvic floor therapy for male and female patients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Address patient needs and track progress through systematic evaluations.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records using the Cerner charting system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role required.
• Current Illinois PT license in hand or already applied.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with pelvic floor therapy preferred.
• Cerner experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
