Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for all pelvic floor patients, both male and female.
• Maintain patient records using the Cerner charting system.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a Magnet hospital environment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families about treatment plans and progress.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling as needed within the M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Current BLS certification and Illinois state PT license required.
• Experience with pelvic health and managing related patient groups.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compliance with facility and professional standards in care delivery.
