Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Obtain and record initial patient assessments, establishing priorities based on age and symptoms.
Re-assess patients systematically to identify trends and necessary interventions.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans according to Nursing Standards of Care.
Make nursing decisions based on evaluations of patient outcomes; modify care plans as needed.
Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning.
Implement and document timely interventions for patient needs and evaluate care plans.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required.
Current BLS certification from AHA required.
Current ACLS and NRP certifications required.
Strong communication skills appropriate to the developmental age of patients.
Ability to work full-time night shifts, 7PM - 7AM.
