Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care to critically ill individuals in a fast-paced ICU environment.
• Monitor and titrate vital drips and medications including vasopressors, narcotics, and sedation.
• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment, such as CVPs, Alines, and EV-1000, with real-time training available.
• Participate in rapid response teams (RRTs) and code situations as needed.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and interpret telemetry data to guide patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including attendings, fellows, and residents to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and eligibility to work in Nebraska.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in ICU settings.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required; ability to pass an open book exam upon orientation.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system and experience in a Level 1 trauma acute care setting preferred.
• Capability to adhere to facility policies including a 50-mile radius rule and specific dress code requirements.
• Strong critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and ability to assist and collaborate in a team-focused environment.
