Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to a diverse group of surgical and medical patients.
Maintain effective communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
Utilize charting systems, such as EPIC, for documentation and care coordination.
Monitor and confirm telemetry readings with the assistance of monitor techs.
Participate in unit-specific orientation and adhere to float requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies.

Qualifications

Active RN licensure with eligibility to practice in North Dakota.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
Proven experience in a med/surg environment with relevant patient care skills.
Ability to effectively manage a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio during night shifts.
Familiarity with CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow respiratory equipment.
Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday as required.
