Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Mother/Baby units.
- Circulate and/or scrub in OR for cesarean sections.
- Titrate drips including Pitocin, LR, and Fentanyl as required.
- Interpret and assess patient conditions using the AWHONN guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team including OB Techs.
- Maintain continuity of care in compliance with established protocols.
Qualifications
- Current RN license (Oregon license not required at submission; 90-day emergency license available upon offer)
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Experience with L&D, Obstetrical emergencies, and postoperative care
- Ability to interpret EFM strips and familiarity with GE Centricity EFM system
- Proficiency in MEDITECH charting system
- Capable of working every other weekend or based on seniority
