Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to surgical patients in the operating room.
• Ensure compliance with operating room protocols and policies.
• Assist the surgical team during operations.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members for patient care planning.
• Participate in the orientation and development of new team members.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience or 3 years with no travel experience.
• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact license meeting NLC guidelines.
• At least one completed previous travel assignment preferred.
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility.
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions.
• Cerner Experience preferred.
