Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Conduct bedside swallow evaluations and appropriate follow-ups.
• Administer communication evaluations and provide necessary follow-up care.
• Perform outpatient standardized test administration.
• Float between facilities as required, including St Francis, St Clare, and St Anthony.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification required.
• CCC-SLP certification required; CCC-A not accepted.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Experience in managing a caseload of 7-8 patients per day in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with treatments for conditions such as post-concussion, CVA, TBI, and head & neck cancer.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong clinical skills.
