Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in all areas of the Operating Room and cross-train to Endoscopy as needed.
• Prepare and manage room setup with specific attention to Baxter pumps, Philips, and Dynomap robotics.
• Participate in call rotation, covering one weeknight call every four weeks, and one weekend shift call per three-month contract.
• Work 4 ten-hour days, managing patient care with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Assist in various surgical cases including Vascular, General, Orthopedic, Neurological, and more, excluding open-heart surgeries.
• Utilize EPIC charting system for comprehensive patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with DaVinci Robotic systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of acute care settings and trauma level 2 facility operations.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities with multidisciplinary teams.
• 1+ years of experience in Operating Room nursing preferred, with a focus on diverse surgical procedures.
