Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in a 5-bed ICU with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3
Manage care for patients with diagnoses including sepsis, respiratory failure, and DKA
Perform ventilator management and titrate drips, including heparin and vasopressors
Operate and maintain RT equipment such as vents, CPAP/BiPap, and high flow nasal cannula
Attend to both adult and stable pediatric patients in a critical access hospital setting
Collaborate with a hospitalist in-house and a supervisor available 24/7

Qualifications

Active Oregon RN License or 90-Day Oregon Emergency License eligibility
Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Experience with ventilator management and drip titration
Proficiency in Meditech charting system
Ability to float and assist as needed across departments
Strong teamwork and communication skills in an acute care setting
