Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a 13-suite operating room with high patient volume.
• Manage complex endoscopic procedures as part of daily responsibilities.
• Coordinate with the charge nurse for board management and delegation.
• Scrub in for operations, supporting surgeons and operating room staff.
• Ensure readiness for call shifts, available on a rotating schedule.
• Float between general, vascular, and orthopedic cases as needed.

Qualifications

• Unexpired driver's license required at the time of submission.
• Possession of BLS and ACLS certifications is mandatory; PALS preferred for PACU.
• Proficient in EPIC EMR systems for efficient charting.
• At least one year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably with endoscopic skills.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating call schedule, with 30-minute response time.
• Ability to complete a unit-specific orientation of at least two shifts.
