Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer medication and intravenous infusions.
• Assess and plan nursing care requirements for critically ill patients.
• Perform procedures like peritoneal dialysis and manage wound vac therapy.
• Document patient information in Meditech system accurately and timely.
• Provide effective communication through AIDET and update communication boards.
• Participate in unit rounding and floating policies as required.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Wyoming.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Proficient in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac drip management.
• Experience with bipaps, high flow oxygen, and respiratory care equipment.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to handle complex clinical situations.
• Excellent peripheral IV insertion and maintenance capabilities.
