Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative patient care in the operating room environment.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients' condition and document changes in clinical status.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in the OR.
• Participate in the preparation for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment is functional.
• Support patients through preoperative and postoperative phases as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent OR experience with travel, or 3 years recent OR experience without travel.
• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state license.
• Must live at least 100 miles from Germantown, TN facility.
• Ability to take on-call duties as discussed during the interview.
• Experience with OR protocols and cerner expertise is preferred.
• Completed at least one previous travel assignment in a similar setting.
