Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy treatments to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records utilizing the facility’s charting system.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience required.
• Current South Carolina PT License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with electronic charting systems, preferably Epic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in emergency response during hurricane season.
