Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in labor and delivery settings.
- Manage and monitor labor cases in 8 labor rooms and 4 triage rooms.
- Administer blood and blood products as needed for patient care.
- Utilize and manage special equipment such as epidural pumps and PCA pumps.
- Assist and circulate during OB-GYN surgeries and deliveries.
- Attend to postpartum and NICU patients based on skill set and needs.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Compact RN license valid for all Swedish facilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Labor & Delivery.
- Proficiency in Epic charting systems required.
- Certifications required: BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate; ACLS preferred.
- Experience with administration of blood products, Magnesium Sulfate therapy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in high-risk and routine labor deliveries.
