Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures in the cath lab.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize Cath Lab Equipment including GE, IVUS, and VOLCANO for diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation using Merge-Cath Lab Application and Meditech.
- Participate in on-call scheduling, including 1 weekend per month and 1-2 days per week.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital and unit policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Kentucky RN license and KY Rad tech licensure.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required for Cath Lab RNs and Techs.
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab procedure experience and 1 year of Cath Lab travel experience.
- Experience with diagnostic and interventional procedures including left/right heart cath, TEEs, and pacemaker implants.
- Proficiency with cath lab-specific documentation systems.
- Solid color scrubs uniform required during shifts.
