Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Mammography Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform mammography screening and diagnostic procedures, including 3D mammography.
- Ensure precise imaging for FNA, needle localization, and stereotactic biopsy.
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Uphold infection control and safety standards during procedures.
- Report and address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required.
- Registration with ARRT (R) and mammography experience required.
- Two years of experience with advanced mammography technology.
- One previous travel assignment in a similar setting.
- Proficient in diagnostic mammograms and related procedures.
- Compliance with facility-specific credentialing and CEU requirements.
