Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care for neonates in a Level IV NICU setting.
Manage ventilator and tracheostomy care, including telemetry and pulmonary artery lines.
Perform umbilical and central line procedures with precision and care.
Float to Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) as needed.
Utilize Epic EMR system to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients closely for adverse reactions.

Qualifications

Active California RN License with BSN required.
Certification in AHA BLS and NRP required.
At least 3 years of experience in a Level IV NICU.
Competency in vent management, trach management, and telemetry essential.
Proven ability to float to PICU and CICU required.
Experience with UVCs, UACs, and advanced NICU care preferred.
