Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cardiology Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care in the Cath Lab.
- Operate and maintain Cath Lab equipment such as IABP, Impella, and Ultrasound.
- Assist in procedures including heart catheterizations, interventions, and pacemaker insertions.
- Ensure accurate documentation in EMR using Meditech.
- Respond promptly to callbacks as required.
- Comply with safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must have IABP and Impella experience.
- Proficient in interventional coronary and peripheral procedures.
- ACLS and RCIS certifications required.
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR is preferred.
- Experience in peripheral venous/arterial procedures is preferred.
- Ability to float to IR, ICU if competency permits, Pre/post PACU cath.
