Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Pediatric OR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care to pediatric patients in the operating room.
• Scrub in for surgeries and assist surgeons during procedures.
• Manage preoperative and postoperative care effectively.
• Respond to airway emergencies and manage complex cases.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including overnight and weekend duty.
• Maintain surgical instruments and ensure a sterile operating environment.

Qualifications

• Current WA RN license required, or willingness to obtain upon offer.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required.
• 3+ years OR experience preferred; pediatric experience is beneficial.
• Proficient in circulating for neuro, ortho, and airway emergencies.
• Preferred experience with EPIC and Level 1 trauma centers.
• CNOR certification preferred; able to handle neuro and ortho procedures.
