Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized respiratory care to neonatal patients in the NICU.
Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Administer and monitor respiratory therapy treatments and medication.
Operate and manage sophisticated respiratory care equipment.
Document patient progress and changes in condition using EPIC.
Participate in rounds and case reviews to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Current RRT credential and state licensure or temporary license required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience, including NICU experience.
Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT.
Ability to work every other weekend.
Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
Flexible to float within scope as required.
