Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy to a caseload of 25-40 patients daily ensuring precision and safety.
• Operate and maintain linear accelerators and other radiation therapy equipment.
• Collaborate with oncologists and other medical staff to plan and implement treatment plans.
• Accurately document all patient interactions and procedures in both digital and paper charting systems.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and adhere to radiation safety protocols at all times.
• Provide compassionate patient care and address any concerns or questions about treatment procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in radiation therapy.
• Current BLS and ARRT(T) certification required.
• SCRQSA certification is a must.
• Proficiency in operating Aria and Vision RT systems, with CT experience preferred.
• Radiation badge required, must be supplied by agency.
• Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration in patient care settings.
