Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide care and support to patients undergoing cardiovascular operating room procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure a sterile and controlled environment.
Monitor patients' vital signs and implement appropriate interventions during procedures.
Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care and education.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency surgical cases as needed.

Qualifications

Active and permanent RN license from the state of Alaska.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CVOR setting.
Ability to participate in up to 15 on-call shifts per month.
Proficient in operating room techniques and procedures.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
