Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in acute care and rehabilitation settings.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide therapeutic treatments, including edema massage and functional activities, tailored to meet patient needs.
• Document patient progress and treatments using the Epic charting system.
• Adapt to floating between various units including ICU, medical, and inpatient rehab facilities.
• Maintain productivity standards by managing a caseload of 8-9 patients per day.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Occupational Therapy license in Washington state is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of acute care experience is essential.
• Proficiency in using the Epic charting system is preferred.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation is advantageous.
• Strong team-player with excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with varying diagnoses including multi-trauma, stroke, and orthopedic conditions.
