Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy professional to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with acute and chronic disorders.
- Float between acute care, medical, ICU, and in-house rehab facilities.
- Conduct functional activities to support patient rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic charting system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including COTAs, for optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all facility protocols and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
- Current WA Licensed Occupational Therapist license.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
- Ability to manage a patient load with a ratio of 1:10.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to rotate shifts on weekends as required.
