Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with occupational therapy needs including Autism and Cerebral Palsy.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs and SLPs to provide comprehensive care.
• Provide patient and family education on home exercise programs and therapy goals.
• Maintain documentation of patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Support the clinic's operations and contribute to a patient-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of pediatric occupational therapy experience required.
• BLS certification and Wisconsin state license required (license can be pending).
• Experience with Epic charting system required.
• Proficiency in pediatric outpatient and rehabilitation therapy practices.
• Experience with sensory diet programs and handwriting interventions preferred.
• Familiar with early intervention and developmental delay strategies.
