Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Work collaboratively with a pediatric team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform assessments and re-evaluations to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and sensory diet plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Wisconsin state license or ability to obtain one prior to start.
• BLS certification and Epic charting system experience required.
• Experience working with pediatric patients, specifically those with Autism and Cerebral Palsy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• First-time travelers accepted; familiarity with outpatient pediatric care preferred.
