Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care from initial assessment through triage and treatment.
• Administer IV medications, fluid, and blood transfusions as per protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain communication with charge nurse.
• Manage dementia, diabetes, rehab, and post-surgical care in a critical access setting.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips and titrate drips as required.
• Participate in team nursing for a nurse:patient ratio of 1:8.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in North Dakota.
• Minimum of 2 years emergency room experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Understanding of geriatric care, stroke, and skin care.
• Ability to read tele/monitor strips and perform related duties.
