Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care in the CVOR unit, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and scrub for surgical procedures across various service lines.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as Impella, ECMO, and bypass pumps.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary team collaboration to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required, ensuring readiness and availability.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute OR experience required.
• Proficiency in scrubbing and circulating in all major surgical services.
• Ability to manage complex clinical situations with critical thinking.
• Effective communication and bedside manner.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting, rotating weekends required.
