Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic techniques to promote optimal patient recovery and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to achieve goals.
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on maintaining functional health and wellness post-treatment.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately in the EPIC charting system.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Texas.
- Minimum of one year experience in acute care or similar healthcare settings.
- Proficiency with the EPIC charting system.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
