Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced patient care in a Level I Trauma Center setting.
• Manage emergency situations with competence in a large hospital environment.
• Ensure documentation and communication comply with facility policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams and patient care planning.
• Handle on-call duties and weekend rotations as required.
• Comply with all facility and national guidelines regarding RN licensing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience required, 3 years preferred.
• Experience in Level I Trauma Center settings required.
• Proficiency with Cerner or similar charting systems preferred.
• Submission must include driver's license and vaccination status.
• Ability to work holidays as needed by the facility.
