Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations as well as vascular procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including one shift per week and every fourth weekend.
- Maintain and manage supplies, equipment, and documentation for the cath lab.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards in the cath lab.
- Adapt to scheduling needs including no block scheduling and varying weekend responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Tech required.
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and RCIS or ARRT certification required.
- Experience with electrophysiology (EP) and interventional radiology (IR) required.
- Knowledge of angioplasty, device implants, and neurointervention procedures.
- Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred.
- Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs as required.
