Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for laboring, postpartum, and antepartum patients in a high-risk facility.
• Circulate and recover C-section patients independently with precision and care.
• Administer and titrate medications including Magnesium Sulfate, Pitocin, Insulin, and Heparin.
• Float to Mother-Baby unit and other departments as needed based on staffing requirements.
• Utilize Cerner EFM System for electronic fetal monitoring and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including OB/Neonatologist and Anesthesia staff on site.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Nevada.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications required.
• Experience in high-risk labor/delivery and antepartum care with strong assessment and intervention skills.
• Proficient in interpreting and monitoring fetal strip readings independently.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and float to postpartum unit when required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care setting.
