Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centric physical therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize the Cerner charting system for documentation and patient records management.
• Adapt to the acute care setting and adhere to facility protocols.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and facility policies.
• Ensure work scheduling aligns with the hospital's needs and emergency protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license willing to submit and obtain if needed.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient care settings.
• Proficiency in using the Cerner charting system.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and first-to-float shifts.
