Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments for patients within an inpatient rehab setting.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in the Epic system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care programs.
- Ensure adherence to facility protocols and national regulations.
- Participate in weekend shifts as required to meet the facility needs.
Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience with inpatient rehab units preferred.
- Must not be a first-time traveler in a healthcare setting.
- Effective communication and patient management skills.
