Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients, focusing on evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions lasting 45 minutes each.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Valid South Carolina PT License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Willingness to work within the scope and policies of the facility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with electronic charting systems, preferably Epic.
