Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans to address patient needs.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and functional capacity.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the EPIC charting system.
• Provide patient education and support to enhance understanding of the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting as a Physical Therapist.
• SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License required at the start of the contract.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs as required.
• Experience working with a patient ratio of 1:1 (45 minutes per session).
• Capable of accepting assignments during hurricane season as part of emergency response teams.
