Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Rehab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the served population.
- Ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely.
- Perform initial assessments and establish priorities according to patient needs.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
- Conduct and document timely interventions suited to patient needs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Experience in nursing, demonstrating quality and effectiveness in clinical practice.
- Strong communication skills appropriate to the developmental age of patients.
- Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care.
