Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in acute rehab settings.
- Float between like units as needed, following orientation.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress efficiently using the Epic charting system.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and post-rehabilitation care.
- Adapt treatment plans based on assessment of patient needs and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid California PT license.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably with acute care or rehab experience.
- Experience with Epic or similar charting systems.
- Ability to float to like units as required.
- Current BLS certification.
