Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to patients in critical and emergency settings.
• Perform intubations, extubations, and tracheostomy care as needed.
• Administer oxygen therapy and medications such as aerosols and nebulizers.
• Manage ventilator settings and conduct pulmonary function tests.
• Document patient assessments and interventions in Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with NICU staff for neonatal care when necessary.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with state licensure.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in respiratory care; first-time travelers accepted.
• Experience with Epic charting system required.
• Neonatal Respiratory Program (NRP) certification preferred.
• Weekend rotation commitment required (every other or every third weekend).
