Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Utilize equipment such as ventilators and oxygen therapy devices to ensure optimal patient care.
• Perform advanced respiratory procedures including intubation and extubation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care in critical situations.
• Participate in patient assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.
• Document care provided and patient responses in the EMR system.

Qualifications

• Current RRT certification with NICU experience as a requirement.
• 1 year of clinical experience is required; first-time travelers accepted.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and state licensure required; NRP preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR system required.
• Strong skills in adult critical care and emergency respiratory procedures.
• COVID-19 vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only.
