Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform CVOR nursing duties ensuring adherence to standards and protocols.
- Utilize Cerner EMR system to document patient information accurately.
- Participate in on-call rotations, requiring quick response within 30 minutes.
- Assist in complex cardiovascular procedures such as CABGs and AVRs.
- Provide patient-focused care in a variable schedule with flexibility.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support staff.
Qualifications
- Active RN License in California required.
- Minimum of 2 years of CVOR nursing experience required.
- Strong experience with Cerner EMR system.
- Current ACLS & BLS certifications required.
- Preferred experience with a union-based work environment.
- Travel nursing experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
