Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatments in areas including Acute, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab Unit.
- Participate in a rotating weekend schedule to ensure consistent patient care.
- Float between various units as needed to support patient load and facility needs.
- Document patient care and treatments accurately in Epic charting system.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and adjust care plans.
- Maintain high standards of patient care consistent with facility and professional guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington.
- Minimum one year of acute care experience required.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to different clinical settings and float between units.
- Experience with various therapeutic techniques such as edema massage and kinesiotaping.
