Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Pediatric OR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in the pediatric operating room setting.
- Maintain sterile field and adhere to surgical asepsis during procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical process.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Float to other UCSF facilities as required to meet operational needs.
- Assist in the preparation and turnover of operating rooms.
Qualifications
- Current CA RN license.
- AHA BLS & PALS certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of Pediatric OR experience, including scrubbing and circulating ophthalmology cases.
- Experience with Epic charting preferred.
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required + Booster - Medical/Religious Exemptions only.
- BSN required and previous travel experience within 12 months preferred.
