Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit.
Monitor fetal heart rates and manage labor progress using specialized equipment.
Participate in labor inductions, C-sections, and other obstetric procedures.
Collaborate with obstetricians and healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medication, including oxytocin and pain management protocols.
Ensure patient safety and comfort through compassionate care and communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience.
Valid BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certifications.
Proficiency with Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, and telemetry equipment.
Experience in circulating during C-section operations.
Strong competency in Meditech EMR system.
Compassionate and solutions-oriented personality preferred.
