Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the mother and fetus during the labor and delivery process.
• Manage high-risk perinatal care in a labor and delivery unit.
• Float to Postpartum as needed to provide comprehensive care.
• Assist with surgical procedures including C-sections.
• Provide education and support to mothers and families postpartum.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Valid Washington RN license or Compact RN license required.
• Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring required.
• Experience with EPIC charting systems preferred.
• Strong ability to assess and monitor maternal and fetal health.
• Willingness to float to different units and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
