Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting.
• Assist with various surgical procedures excluding open-heart surgeries.
• Coordinate patient care across a variety of OR suites, including endoscopy.
• Utilize and manage Baxter pumps and surgical robots including the DaVinci system.
• Participate in a call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Document all patient interactions and care using the EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification is required.
• Provisional or permanent RN license in the state of West Virginia.
• Previous experience in all areas of the operating room, including endoscopic procedures.
• Familiarity with robotic surgery systems such as DaVinci.
• Ability to manage care in a Level 2 Trauma Center.
• Availability to take call as needed, including one weeknight and one weekend shift call per contract period.
