Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Surgical Services - CVOR Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining operating rooms and equipment utilized in cardiac procedures.
Support surgeons during CABG, TAVR, and open valve replacement surgeries.
Ensure adherence to sterile techniques along with hospital safety standards.
Respond to on-call requirements including weeknight and weekend shifts.
Maintain a high level of readiness with a 30-minute call response requirement.
Participate in unit-specific orientations and adhere to unit dress codes.

Qualifications

BLS Certification is mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years of cardiac surgical experience is required.
Proficiency with EPIC charting system is advantageous.
Must have COVID vaccination in compliance with unit policy.
Ability to fulfill mandatory call and standby requirements.
Willingness to float to the Main OR as needed.
