Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and continuous care for critically ill patients.
Monitor and titrate critical care drips including pressors and sedatives.
Collaborate with intensivists and other healthcare professionals.
Implement manual proning and interpret arterial blood gases (ABG).
Perform and assist with high-acuity procedures and post-surgical recovery.
Participate in rapid response and code blue situations.

Qualifications

Current RN license with ICU experience.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Proficient in dysrhythmia recognition and interpretation.
Experience with CRRT, IABP, and EKG monitoring preferred.
Strong ability to adapt to various critical care settings.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
