Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to patients in the labor and delivery unit, adhering to AWOHNN guidelines.
Manage postpartum patients in a unit with 4 postpartum beds.
Circulate for C-sections and assist in managing high-risk deliveries.
Collaborate with OB techs and ensure birth plans are followed.
Utilize fetal link for fetal monitoring and Cerner for charting.
Float between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum as required.

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of California.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum required.
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
Experience with Cerner EMR and ability to follow birth plans.
No first-time travelers; travel experience preferred.
C-section and high-risk delivery experience expected.
