Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to adult and NICU patients.
• Operate and manage Hamilton C1, V60, and Hamilton MR1 ventilators.
• Utilize CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, and Bubble CPAP efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech documentation system.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Valid RRT certification required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP preferred, can be obtained after hire.
• Minimum 2 years of general respiratory therapy experience.
• Experience with NICU patients is mandatory.
• Proficient in using Hamilton C1 ventilators.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
