Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy services for adult and NICU patients.
Utilize equipment such as Hamilton C1, V60, and Hamilton MR1.
Document patient information in Meditech system.
Participate in a rotating schedule of 3-12 hour shifts per week including every other weekend.
Administer CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, and Bubble CPAP therapies.
Maintain safety and compliance with patient care standards.

Qualifications

NICU experience is required.
Current RRT certification.
BLS, ACLS, and NRP preferred or obtainable after hire.
2 years of general respiratory therapy experience.
Proficient with Meditech documentation system.
Ability to work in a team environment.
