Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services and interventions for adult patients and those in the NICU
- Operate and manage respiratory therapy equipment, including Hamilton C1, V60, and Hamilton MR1 ventilators
- Document patient care and treatment using the Meditech system
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess patient needs and plan care
- Perform advanced respiratory procedures such as CPAP and high flow nasal cannula therapies
- Assist with intubation and mechanical ventilation processes
Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of general RT experience
- Current RRT certification required
- Experience with NICU patients is required
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required; NRP preferred
- Proficiency in using the Meditech documentation system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend
